When Pigs Fly

If you glanced outside your window early this morning you might have caught a glimpse of pink paisley pigs flying high in the sky.
Why, you might wonder (and rightly so) would pink paisley pigs be airborne?
Because I went running this morning.
I did, I did.
After not running, for like, just this side of almost forever.
I don't have documentation about those pink paisley pigs flying, you'll have to trust me on that, but I do have evidence of my run:
Fingers crossed I do this all over again tomorrow morning.
(And keep your eyes peeled for those pink paisley pigs.)

Way to go Holly! I'm curious though, how are you able to run after now running for a long time? It seems like it would be very hard to do.

Jill: I walked for a bit first then I did run:walk intervals like I've always don except I shortened them to 3 minutes running(wogging) and 1 minute walk break. It wasn't pretty but it felt good to get back out there.

My legs are still a little sore today.
